1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Your Account

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one TMT Cash account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances.

3.2 Account Security

You are fully responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. TMT Cash will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. 3.3 Accurate Information

3.4 KYC Verification

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 to 30 minutes for most verified accounts. Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. TMT Cash reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal above ₱50,000.

4.4 Withdrawal to Matching Account

For security purposes, all withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your TMT Cash account. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. This policy protects you from fraud and ensures your winnings reach you safely.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

TMT Cash offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and other rewards to eligible players. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise. For example, a ₱500 bonus must generate ₱10,000 in total wagers before a withdrawal can be made from bonus-derived funds.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash directly.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, household, IP address, or device.
• TMT Cash reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6 Gameplay Rules

11 Account Termination

Upon closure, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard verification.

TMT Cash reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice if:

• We are required to do so under applicable law or regulatory directive.

• The account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months with a zero balance.
